Brock has always been highly committed to exercise, nutrition, and complete wellness, and is eager to share his knowledge and experience with his clients.

In his spare time, Brock enjoys spending time with his girlfriend Lexi, who you know from TITAN already as a CA and kinesiologist here. He also enjoys lifting weights, playing basketball, golfing, spending time outdoors, attending car shows, and spending time with his friends and family.
